Jacob 3:13. Who is wise and learned among you? He must constantly show by good conduct his works of wisdom in humility. 14. But if you have bitter jealousy and strife in your heart, do not boast against and do not tell lies against the truth. 15. This wisdom is not wisdom coming down from above, but is earthly, worldly, proceeding from an evil spirit. 16. For where there is jealousy and strife, from that place is disorder and every worthless, wicked deed.
